Job Description

As a Learning and Development Consultant based in Durban, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workforce capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating tailored training solutions, facilitating workshops, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee performance post-training to ensure knowledge retention.
  • Utilize e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
  • Stay updated on best practices in learning and development.
  • Create training documentation and user manuals.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Learning and Development are preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in L&D or employee training
