Job Description

As a Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in service, cleanliness, and profitability. Your leadership will direct staff training, inventory control, and customer interactions, while implementing strategies to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations, managing food quality and service standards.
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds health and safety standards.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Manage budget and financial reporting to assist in strategic planning.

  • Prepare and provide management with performance reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality management is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in food service management
