Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling and inspecting electronic components, ensuring they meet high quality standards. You will work with a dynamic team, using both hand and power tools to produce reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Document production data and report issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions and take direction from the Production Supervisor.
• Support a positive work environment by working collaboratively.

Advantageous

• Experience operating machinery: Hands-on experience with assembly line machinery preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing Principles: Understanding of lean practices to improve efficiency.
