• Respond promptly to IT support requests from personnel.

• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new IT technologies.
• Provide support for system upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles with specific experience in network support

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Helpdesk Software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with IT asset management tools: Familiarity with tools for managing IT assets efficiently.
• Scripting skills: Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash is a plus.
