Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including staffing and training.
• Actively seek sales opportunities and develop promotional strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service through staff training and performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory and supply levels.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive in-store promotions.
• Prepare action plans for achieving store sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail or store management
