We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trials in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing trial protocols, ensuring compliance, and liaising between investigators and sponsors. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials.
• Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure protocol adherence.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Train site personnel on study protocols and procedures.
• Monitor data collection for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in audits and inspections if necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial monitoring

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP): Understanding of GCP guidelines is highly beneficial.
