Job Description

As an Extraction Worker, you will play a vital role in operating drilling equipment and maintaining safe operations in oil fields. This physically demanding position requires endurance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate drilling rigs and machinery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials.
• Support other team members in drilling activities.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond promptly to any safety alerts or issues.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on procedures.
• Adjust drilling operations based on real-time data.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in oil and gas or similar field
