Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, leveraging data to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Analyse historical financial data and identify trends.
• Prepare presentations for senior management to summarise findings and recommendations.
• Support the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Engage in variance analysis to understand discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CFA or CPA certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
