You will work closely with development teams to ensure robust cloud solutions, focusing on scalability and reliability. Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and respond to alarms effectively.
• Ensure system backups and recovery plans are established and tested.
• Support the development team with CI/CD integrations and deployments.
• Help optimize resource allocation and usage within cloud services.
• Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments.
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks using tools like Terraform.
• Advocate for best practices in operational readiness across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Master's degree in relevant fields is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud environments

Technical Skills

• Go or Python programming
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• ITIL Certification
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
