Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliability engineering practices across various services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
• Automate routine tasks to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve production issues quickly.
• Implement monitoring tools to enhance visibility on service performance.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain configuration management tools and version control.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and services for improving reliability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Master's degree in relevant fields is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud environments

Technical Skills

• Go or Python programming
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Soft Skills

• Collaboration

Certifications

• ITIL Certification
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Understanding of networking principles: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and other networking protocols.
