Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of chemical processes.
• Design experiments to test new chemical processes or materials.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot problems and improve processes.
• Participate in safety audits and training.
• Collaborate with quality control to establish testing parameters.
• Prepare technical documentation for all processes.
• Manage interface with external stakeholders including suppliers and clients.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
• Establish metrics for process evaluation and improvement.
• Contribute to the development of budget proposals related to engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles
