Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and assessments for accurate planning.
• Influence the selection of color schemes, furniture, and finishes.
• Develop project timelines and oversee execution to align with objectives.
• Collaborate closely with interior decorators and builders.
• Research and source innovative design materials and products.
• Document design processes and project progress for reporting.
• Manage relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and manage design budgets effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights for future improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Advanced Diploma or Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Lighting Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Certified Professional Interior Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous
