Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Environmental Scientist to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for conducting field studies, analyzing environmental data, and developing strategies to mitigate environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to waste management and recycling.
• Analyze the effects of pollutants on ecosystems.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies for environmental compliance.
• Create educational material for public awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with researchers on environmental studies.
• Prepare funding proposals for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Policy is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental projects

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• GIS Software Proficiency

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
