Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial ideation through to construction documentation.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless project progression.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes.
• Assist in project management to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Provide client presentations and articulate design concepts effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the architecture field

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is highly advantageous.
• Experience in Commercial Projects: Past experience with commercial architecture is a plus.
