• Provide training and support to users on IT systems.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Develop user guides and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with other IT staff on major projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support roles

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• VPNs

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals: Basic understanding of cloud services and how those services are provided with Microsoft Azure.
• ITIL Certification: Knowledge of IT service management best practices.
