As a Project Manager, you'll leverage your skills in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders will be key to deliver innovative solutions that achieve our clients' objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation phases of projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress and align with strategic objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Engage in stakeholder communication to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Review and approve project deliverables before client submission.
• Manage project closure activities and ensure all project documentation is finalized.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma certification

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• PRINCE2
• Resource Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time management

Certifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
