Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project planning, execution, and evaluation. You will lead project teams, ensure that project goals are met within scope, time, and budget, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project operations and provide direction to project teams.
• Conduct project risk assessments and process improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive team collaboration and interpersonal relationships.
• Assist in resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
• Maintain project documentation and records for audits.
• Provide training and support for project tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in managing projects in a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Budget Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certified (SMC)
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
