Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests promptly and effectively.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Ensure backup systems are operational and reliable.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support
