Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability and will be responsible for designing and implementing projects that mitigate environmental impacts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement environmental management systems.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs).
• Oversee waste management programs.
• Develop strategies for pollution control and remediation.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and clients to ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on field data.
• Evaluate and assess risks in various projects.
• Present findings to stakeholders and provide technical support.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of GIS Software: Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems for mapping and analysis.
• Experience in Renewable Energy Projects: Hands-on experience in developing renewable energy projects.
