As a Stocker and Order Filler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting inventory counts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Document and report stock discrepancies and assist in investigations.
• Optimize warehouse operations to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Utilize RF scanners and other technologies to manage inventory.
• Assist in training new staff on warehouse operations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with logistics software
• Forklift operation

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with WMS software: Proficient in using warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a warehouse environment.
