You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Create mood boards and visual presentations for clients.
• Research new materials and finishes for projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the installation of design elements and finishes.
• Collaborate with architects and builders on technical aspects.
• Foster a creative environment within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and industry events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial design

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• 3D Rendering

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local building regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with cost estimation: Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
