Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies and investment opportunities. You will analyse market data, prepare financial models, and assist in the execution of transactions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Assist in raising funds through debt and equity financing.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts to support client objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze financial data from various sources.
• Collaborate with team members to execute transactions efficiently.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Support the CFO in decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Level I or II preferred
