Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies and investment opportunities. You will analyse market data, prepare financial models, and assist in the execution of transactions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and present findings.
• Work closely with management to develop financial strategies.
• Assist in closing transactions to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality financial reports and documentation.
• Facilitate discussions with investors and stakeholders.

• Assist in regulatory compliance and risk management efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Level I or II preferred
