Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dentist to work at our established practice in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care including restorative and cosmetic procedures while ensuring optimal patient experiences through effective communication and skilled treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose dental and oral conditions through examinations and X-rays.
  • Implement dental procedures to enhance oral health including cosmetic enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans and prevention.
  • Manage dental emergencies and ensure appropriate care is delivered.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior staff and dental assistants.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met within the practice.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic growth of the dental practice.
  • Maintain dental equipment and report maintenance issues when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in a clinical dental role
