Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Certification in Sustainability Practices is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the architecture field

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project)

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certification
• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages
