Job Description

Join our cybersecurity team as an Analyst, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential security threats to our IT infrastructure. An ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security configurations for systems and networks.
• Identify and respond to security vulnerabilities and breaches.
• Conduct forensic analysis on cybersecurity incidents.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on security status.
• Create and maintain a security awareness program for staff.
• Evaluate security tools and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on security matters.
• Assist in the implementation of identity and access management solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve the overall security posture of the organization.
• Provide technical guidance on security issues and emerging threats.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a relevant discipline is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security

Technical Skills

• Firewalls and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Risk Management Frameworks

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CISM
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools: Experience with Splunk or ELK Stack for security monitoring.
• Knowledge of Operating System Security: Experience securing Windows and Linux systems.
