Job Description

Looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our healthcare team in Durban. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services, including assessments and therapy sessions. You will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to contribute to an integrated approach to mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions with appropriate assessments.
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care best practices.
  • Lead group therapies focusing on various mental health topics.
  • Conduct workshops for family members to educate about mental health.
  • Assist with research initiatives related to mental health treatments.
  • Uphold ethical standards and regulations related to clinical practice.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • HPCSA Registration as a Clinical Psychologist
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with diverse populations
