Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our documentation processes and ensuring all technical information is up to date and user-friendly. Your attention to detail and ability to distill technical jargon into easy-to-understand content will be key to the success of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise documentation for software updates and new releases.
• Review and evaluate existing documentation for relevance and accuracy.
• Create and manage online help content to enhance the user experience.
• Develop training materials for internal staff and end-users.
• Support agile development teams with timely documentation.
• Act as a liaison between users and development teams to facilitate feedback.
• Perform usability testing to ensure documentation meets user needs.
• Stay current with industry trends in technical writing and documentation tools.
• Attend product launches to understand customer feedback and integrate this into documentation.
• Create documentation metrics to measure effectiveness and accessibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical documentation and writing

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design Software
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Advanced Professional Technical Communicator (APTC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
