UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-friendly interfaces and engaging web experiences. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-centered. You will leverage your understanding of user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Visualize concepts through sketches and prototyping tools.
• Engage in user journey mapping and persona development.
• Review product requirements and UX/UI specifications.
• Help mentor junior designers and contribute to their growth.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders effectively.
• Analyze user metrics to inform design improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
