• Enhance data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and statistical analysis to validate assumptions.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends to leverage new approaches in analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data science or statistical analysis
