Job Description

The Branch Operation Evaluation Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of branch operations. This position involves evaluating existing processes and implementing strategic improvements to optimize performance across all branches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational evaluation for each branch, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to implement recommended changes.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and report trends to management.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies across all branches.
  • Facilitate training workshops for branch staff on operational enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management is preferred
Experience
  • Proven track record in operations management within financial services
