Exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Analyst in Durban! We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our systems. This is a pivotal role in our tech team, helping us enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT support staff to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in conducting training for new IT system users.
• Facilitate the integration of new technologies into IT operations.
• Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare periodic reports on IT operations and performance metrics.
• Ensure proper asset management of IT resources.
• Support the IT team in managing disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT operations are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
