Job Description

As an Outdoor Adventure Guide, you will lead groups on various outdoor excursions, including hiking, climbing, and kayaking. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants while providing a fun and informative experience. Ideal candidates should have a passion for the outdoors and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of outdoor adventure activities while ensuring a fun and safe experience.
• Offer knowledge of local wildlife, plants, and outdoor survival skills.
• Assist in marketing activities and promoting upcoming tours to potential clients.
• Lead by example and model positive outdoor behaviors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storage areas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education or related field
• Wilderness first aid certification required

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in adventure guiding or similar roles
