Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Pretoria office. The role involves providing essential support to our team by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative workflow.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with marketing and communication efforts as needed.
  • Keep the office environment organized and ensure it meets safety regulations.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
