Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Durban. This role involves developing and executing creative content strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement account plans for strategic clients.
  • Engage with clients regularly to build rapport.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Organize and attend trade shows or industry events.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to potential clients.
  • Ensure timely payments and contract compliance.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements based on client interactions.
  • Support other sales staff in achieving department goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years in sales or account management with a proven track record
