Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Further education in nursing or health sciences is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience with a focus on patient-centered care

Technical Skills

• IV administration
• Emergency response

Soft Skills

• Crisis management
• Team leadership

Certifications

• PALS Certification
• Advanced nursing practice qualifications are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Mental Health Nursing: Specialized training in mental health nursing is a plus.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations: Experience working with diverse age groups is beneficial.
