Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth office. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and reviewing environmental impact assessments, collaborating with local authorities, and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers and other professionals to develop sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of proposed projects and recommend improvements.
• Prepare submissions and reports for regulatory agencies.
• Research and stay updated on environmental technologies and methods.
• Assist in grant writing and funding applications for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or similar
• Professional certifications in sustainability are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental assessments or related field
