Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee and enhance our healthcare services in Johannesburg. This role involves managing operational functions, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will play a key role in improving patient care and the efficiency of our healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management of healthcare services.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to discuss performance and improvement.
  • Ensure that patient care protocols are followed consistently.
  • Assist in strategic planning and development of healthcare programs.
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics for efficiency.
  • Establish a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork.
  • Prepare reports on administrative performance and patient outcomes.
  • Develop training programs for staff development.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is a plus
