Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on user personas and user journey maps.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster collaboration among team members.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback using analytics tools.
• Ensure design consistency across various platforms.
• Collaborate with accessibility teams to ensure inclusivity in design.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather input.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain project documentation to track design progress.
• Help in the formation of product vision and strategy through design.
• Engage with external stakeholders in understanding user needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
