Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Coordinator in Durban to optimize our production processes. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement process changes to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory levels to align with production demands.
• Assist in the hiring and training of production team members.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Production Technician (CPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
