Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' social media presence. You will develop and implement effective strategies for various platforms, manage content creation, and analyze performance metrics. Your creativity and passion for social media will help drive engagement and brand loyalty online.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a monthly social media calendar.
  • Monitor brand mentions and participate in relevant conversations.
  • Develop creative campaigns for product launches or events.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create high-quality visuals for posts.
  • Provide support for any crisis communications on social media.
  • Train and mentor junior social media staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
