Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation using various methodologies.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction execution.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Participate in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
