We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst with a strong analytical background to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will assist in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution, contributing to high-stake deals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analysis on financial and strategic options.
• Support senior team members in negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist with the financial assessment of market opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams throughout transaction lifecycle.
• Document findings and present insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial data and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Equity Research: Similar experience evaluating stocks and investment opportunities.
