Responsibilities

• Undertake financial modeling and analysis for potential investment opportunities.
• Assist with preparing documentation for transactions including financial statements.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on client interactions.
• Evaluate competitor performance and industry trends.
• Enhance existing models to support various investment strategies.
• Support project management for ongoing deals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
