UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role requires a passion for understanding users and the ability to translate their insights into actionable designs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in conducting user research.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to promote user-centered design.
• Document and communicate research objectives, methodologies, and conclusions.
• Implement user testing protocols and analyze results for improvements.
• Engage with users to understand their challenges and motivations.
• Support the design team in prototyping and testing ideas based on user feedback.
• Assist in defining the user experience strategy for upcoming projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Related certifications in UX design or research are a bonus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX research

• Wireframing

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
