This role entails overseeing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and guiding teams in achieving efficient designs. Excellent design software proficiency and great attention to detail are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation for all phases of projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Planning
• Master's in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a reputable architectural firm

• Building Codes

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
