Responsibilities

• Lead the project planning phase including conceptual designs and cost estimations.
• Review project proposals and modify designs to meet client specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Document project phases and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns to foster team development.
• Prepare and present reports on project statuses to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree or professional licensing is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field
