Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical support and administrative assistance in Cape Town. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT support and is eager to contribute to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT support tickets using a ticketing system.
  • Provide remote and onsite support to users.
  • Assist with software installations and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
