The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of environmental legislation and the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed developments on the environment.
• Work with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Conduct field surveys and research to support environmental assessments.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare grant applications and reports for funding sustainable projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related discipline
• Master's degree in Environmental Policy preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in environmental assessments

Technical Skills

• Environmental Risk Assessment
• GIS Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA)
• Sustainable Development Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
