Job Description

As a Trousseau Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with creating and managing their wedding trousseau. You will help select and purchase clothing, accessories, and home goods necessary for starting married life, ensuring that every detail is beautifully curated and aligned with the couple's vision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their vision and needs for their wedding trousseau.
• Help select and procure clothing, accessories, and home goods fitting their budget.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to inventory or vendor relationships.
• Facilitate the overall design process to ensure that items complement the wedding theme.
• Provide expertise in choosing high-quality items that resonate with current trends.
• Manage schedules for fittings and appointments efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the wedding planning team to enhance the client experience.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote trousseau services within the community.
• Monitor clients' feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, personal shopping, or the fashion industry
