Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer who can think critically and creatively. Your key responsibility will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will utilize user research and data analysis to inform your design decisions, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather user requirements and insights.
  • Develop and iterate user interfaces and experiences that meet business goals.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Prepare and conduct user testing sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and derive insights.
  • Create design specifications and documentation for development handoff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design

Languages
