Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients in Johannesburg. Your day-to-day duties will include diagnosing technical issues, providing support across various platforms, and ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch support services.

Responsibilities

  • Triaging support requests and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the implementation of software updates and security patches.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for additional support and service upgrades.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles for common issues and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support position
