Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support to users.
• Manage user account creation and access permissions.
• Help implement new hardware and software solutions.

• Provide input into the selection of hardware and software.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or IT related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in technical support with customer-focused service

Technical Skills

• Technical Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate

Advantageous

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell): Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages.
• PMP certification is a plus: Understanding of project management principles.
