As an EHS Specialist, you will ensure that our work environment is safe and compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will develop training materials, conduct audits, and gather data to improve our safety practices.
Responsibilities
Evaluate workplace risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide regular reports on safety performance and incidents.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on workplace safety.
Prepare safety data sheets and ensure their availability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote safety culture.
Monitor and manage safety equipment inventories and supplies.
Conduct environmental impact assessments as required.
Regularly review and update safety policies to reflect changes in legislation.
Lead safety committees and participate in safety meetings.
Requirements
Education
Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH or ISO standards
Experience
5+ years of experience in EHS roles, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
